Children's Liturgy
Welcome to our Children's Liturgy Group. Children's Liturgy is not however Sacramental preparation but it is held every Sunday morning at the 10:30am Holy Mass during term-time, for the younger children of the parish.
This is Liturgy of the Word adapted to meet their needs and is a real time for prayer and worship when they can hear the Word of God, respond to it and explore the theme of the liturgy at the children's level of understanding through discussion, role-play and creative work.
All children aged between three and eight years (or up to the time of preparation for their First Holy Communion) are welcome.
Parents are always welcome to accompany their children if they wish, and volunteers to help - even in the simplest way - are always welcome.
